KRA 1
WORSHIP PASTOR
He creatively leads us into God’s presence to celebrate all that He is with all that we are.
Goals:
- Market a part-time position utilizing all known means beginning 9/1/09.
- Hire the worship pastor that is compatible with the Ministry Description by 9/1/10.

KRA 4
SMALL GROUPS
As Bridgeway grows larger, it grows deeper through the ongoing multiplication of small groups.
Goals:
- Appoint small group research team by 8/31/09.
- Select the small group strategy that best works for Bridgeway by 11/1/09.
- Draft, develop, and deploy small group leaders by 1/7/10.
- Promote, manage, and evaluate small groups by 2/7/10.
- Regularly birth small groups.

GLOBAL OUTREACH
The Bridgeway family is mobilized to impact the physical and spiritual needs of Northern Africa (i.e. 10/40 window).
Goals:
- Prayerfully identify a partner and project that the church family commits their resources to by 12/31/09.
- Promote identified project.
- Send team by Sept. 2010.

CAMPUS UPGRADES
Bridgeway’s campus reflects excellence that inspires others and impacts our community.
Goals:
- Identify campus team leader by 10/9/09.
- Build campus team by Dec. 2009.
- Hold monthly meetings and submit quarterly reports to leadership team.

EC2 LIFESTYLE
Bridgewayites are passionate pursuers of the spiritually lost people in the natural path of their lives (EC2).
Goals:
- Offer relational evangelism training (CPR) by 12/31/09.
- Encourage the church family to practice spiritual CPR with family and friends at our Christmas Eve service.
- To see 20 people cross the line of faith in 2010.

ELDER CARE
Bridgeway’s elders care for the spiritual needs of the flock.
Goals:
- Revisit the principles of shepherd care as found in Alexander Strauch’s book during ’09 -’10 ministry year.
- Develop and deploy a care delivery system that meets the spiritual needs of Bridgeway by 12/31/09.
