    LEAD Pastor

As a child I accepted God's gift of salvation and I've never gotten over that moment of illogical love and extravagant grace. My passion is to love, lead and feed Bridgewayites with radical abandonment. Bridgeway truly is the perfect church for imperfect people. I'm glad for this because I am the chief of imperfect people. We're also a come-as-you-are place because we're related to a come-as-you-are God.  God has blessed me with my bride, Susan and our beautiful growing family.  e-mail Dave at pdmack@comcast.net

In my early childhood I committed my life to Christ and and later felt called by God to commit my life to ministry. Since then, God has given me a beautiful wife and children. I have always had a heart for youth and find such joy being able to invest in their lives. Since our first day at Bridgeway, my family and I have enjoyed the welcoming and loving atmosphere of the church. There is no greater joy for me than to live for the God who saved my life!

I joined the Bridgeway team in the fall of 2005. I earned my BS in Christian Education. I love Bridgeway and have enjoyed ministering side by side with Dave over our many years of ministry here. I love being with, and rubbing shoulders with Bridewayites. We have four daughters: Kara, Kaitlin, Bethany and Aimee.

I came to know Christ as my Savior in my late thirties and continue to grow in Him, by His grace, through prayer and study of His word. It is a true privilege to be a part of the Bridgeway team. This "perfect place for imperfect people" is a family that cares for and about each other. I give thanks to God for my wonderful wife, Carole, and our three children.

Since a child I have gone to church, and in my late 20's God found me and I accepted Jesus as my personal savior. My church experience was as a Lutheran where I served in leadership and Bible studies. In 2007 I met my wife Natalie and began attending Bridgeway Church. In 2016 I felt the need to do more in service to my church, and was honored when I was asked to become an elder. I enjoy the opportunity to lead as well as to serve as a shepherd to my fellow Christians.  I am blessed with three daughters and now, Natalie's two sons. We have 5 grandchildren which are a joy to us.

I was introduced to Christ at a young age by my parents and was raised in a church atmosphere. I met my wife Laura in college and we married shortly after graduating. We have one daughter, Charlotte, who is a great joy in our life and answer to much prayer.

Laura and I have been attending Bridgeway for seven years. During that time we have both grown in our personal relationships with Christ and formed many meaningful friendships within the church body.
