Meet Our Leadership Team

	Jim Cauler Through others modeling Christ in their lives, I was attracted to a small country church where at the age of 15 during revival services, God made me see my sinful self and my need for my Savior Jesus Christ. I am married to my lovely wife Julie, and have four children and three step children. My passion for Bridgeway is to see people not only come to trust in Jesus but to grow in their faith, and for every believer to be involved in ministering to others. Having been a part of our church since the late 60’s I was privileged to be a part of the leadership team when we asked Dave MacKenzie to come on as our lead pastor in 1998, and to watch over the years as we became Bridgeway Community Church. That was a time of prayer, hard work and learning to be shepherds to the flock God gave us, but God lovingly made us what we are today: the perfect place for imperfect people. Only God could create the loving family atmosphere that we have at Bridgeway. Friendships flourish as we care for each other through sound biblical teaching with an emphasis on putting God’s word into action through practical everyday living.
	John Myers - jgmyers1@comcast.net After witnessing the growth in my wife, when she started attending a bible study and praying for my salvation, we attended a revival meeting in Camp Hill with an evangelist from the Ukraine. The first night in August of 1978, I accepted Christ in to my heart. We began attending Bridgeway in 1989. I am happily married to the love of my life, Vonnie. We have three wonderful sons, one lovely daughter and eight terrific grandchildren. Before retirement I enjoyed thirty-one years of teaching vocational agriculture at Red Lion High School. My passion is to see the body of Christ grow spiritually, for everyone to use their God given gifts for ministry and to be united in a loving and caring fellowship. Bridgeway is a contagious church for seekers who want to experience God’s love for them. All of the ministries are purpose driven and God honoring. 	Dave MacKenzie - pdmack@comcast.net I joined the Bridgeway staff in 1991. In the early days I wore a three-cornered hat: youth, singles, and Christian education. I celebrated my tenth year as lead pastor in 2008, and am having the time of my life. My passion is to love, lead, and feed Bridgewayites with radical abandonment. Bridgeway truly is the perfect church for imperfect people. I’m glad for this because I am the chief of imperfect people. We’re also a come-as-you-are place because we’re related to a come-as-you-are God! Through the impact of my parents, I crossed the line to Christ by faith as a young boy. I’ve never gotten over that moment and continue to be addicted to God’s amazing grace. I’m forever thankful for contagious Christians like my mom and dad. God has blessed me with my lovely bride, Susan and four gorgeous daughters: Kara, Kaitlin, Bethany, and Aimee.
