Dave MacKenzie - Lead Pastor

Dave has been our lead pastor since January of 1998. He joined our staff in 1991. He holds his Master of Arts in Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and his Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies. Pastor Dave is relevant and insightful in his Bible-teaching.

Susan MacKenzie - Administrative Assistant

Susan joined the team in the fall of 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Local Church Education. She loves people and has partnered with Dave throughout their years of ministry. Susan is the proud mother of their four daughters - Kara, Kaitlin, Bethany, and Aimee.

Jay Baer - Worship Pastor

Jay and his wife, Abby, had been attending Bridgeway during their years at York College until God’s timing put Jay on staff in October 2009. Though receiving a degree in Political Science, it was Jay’s time outside the classroom doing campus ministry that he found his passion of leading people to Jesus through worship and has been doing it ever since.
